Frequently Asked Questions
How do I move money between my accounts?
Go to Payments, choose the source account and payee, enter an amount, and hit Send. Internal transfers settle instantly; external transfers post in 1–2 business days.
How are gains and losses calculated?
Unrealized P&L compares each position's current mark to your average entry price. Realized P&L is booked when you close a position.
Can I freeze a card instantly?
Yes. Open Cards, select the card, and choose Freeze. The card is disabled immediately for new authorizations.
How do I export my transactions?
On the Transactions page, apply any filters you like and click Export to download a CSV. Reports offers full P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
