Production deploy access for two new SREs

Two SREs join Platform on Monday — Anders Holm and Ravi Menon. Both need the Engineering — Platform group so they can run production deploys during their on-call weeks.
They've both completed the security training already, and their manager (me) has approved. Happy to time-box it to 90 days if that helps with the review cadence.

Fine by me on the group. Two conditions: MFA has to be enrolled before the grant lands, and the deploy permission expires at the next access review rather than on a 90-day clock — that keeps everything on one cadence.

Agreed. Zara — raise the grant through the normal form once both accounts exist and I'll approve it same day. Please include the on-call rotation as the justification so it reads clearly at review time.
